I don't know why you would want a bigger one. We have a 2400 sq ft house and it makes a nice breeze through the house. It isn't quiet, so I am glad I mounted it in the back room. I don't think any fan with this amount of power is going to be quiet though. Overall I am very satisfied with it.The install is quite involved requiring a box frame to be built in the attic and of course wiring to the 2 speed switch. I suggest using 2x8 lumber for the frame which will raise the fan up a few inches and reduce the noise. As a result, there is no appreciable vibration transmitted to the house structure.
